Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a booking any time before a driver reaches your pickup location.
  • Cancellations after a driver has been assigned may incur a clearly disclosed cancellation fee (shown before you confirm).
  • If applicable, any cancellation fee will be itemized on the checkout or confirmation screen.

2. Refunds

  • If you are charged incorrectly due to a technical error or a verified service failure, you may request a refund within 7 days.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For partial rides or disputes, our support team will review GPS logs and driver/rider reports to determine eligibility.

3. Fees and Disclosures

  • All applicable charges including base fare, distance charges, GST, and any adjustments (e.g., surge or cancellation fee) are shown before payment.
  • GST at 5% is applied to the ride total.
  • Promotional discounts, when applicable, appear as a separate line item before you pay.
